“There’s nothing quite like falling with a safe place to land,” sings Craig Jackson, who recently released Stars In Her Crown, a full-length rootsicana record which features his latest single, “Safe Place to Land.” Recorded live and to tape at Battletapes Audio in in the heart of East Nashville neighborhood Inglewood, the band captured the action with an in-studio video so fans could be a part of the creative experience.
Born and raised in Southern California surrounded by the rootsy, sun-baked sounds of the Grateful Dead, Tom Petty, and Jackson Browne, Jackson is now based in Nashville, and cranks out rock n’ rambling countrified Americana gems with his stellar band. Check out “Safe Place To Land”:
