Nashville’s Hailey Whitters, who released her debut album Black Sheep to widespread acclaim on October 2nd, recently performed “Low All Afternoon”, a track from the album, exclusively for Mother Church Pew.
Of the song, Whitters says: “It’s not necessarily about me, it’s about a friend of mine, and her relationship with this guy. It just fell out of me; I think the truth is the easiest thing to write, it’s harder to make something up.” Truly, her skillful songcrafting and her angelic voice make her a force to be reckoned with.
